Sailing downwind from St Martin to Virgin Gorda, the most Easterly Virgin Island, was a straight forward overnight trip. However we were aware that the return journey against the wind and waves would be difficult, but that was for later....
Our first sight of land was the famous Necker Island which belongs to Richard Branson of Virgin Corporations. This lies just to the North of Gorda Sound the most beautiful and lively bay in the area. The customs check in was done at Gun Creek. Quite simple and no stress.
